Day 1: Arrival Hanoi - English speaking guide (-/-/-)

Arrive at Noi Bai Airport, Greetings with English tour guide and transfer to your Hotel, take a rest.

Afternoon: together with ETG join a cycle tour(1 hour)  around the old town through the bustling old quarter streets which is submited to Unesco to be recognized as World Culture Heritage. Overnight in Hanoi.


Day 2: City tour Ha Noi - English speaking guide (B/-/-)

After breakfast, stroll around the downtown to explore the different local ways of life. We will visit the Vietnam’s thousand-year-old capital city including Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum (close on Monday & Friday),  Presidential Palace, One Pillar pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Lake of the Restored Sword, Ngoc Son Temple and Temple of Literature.  

Free to explore Ha noi at night to visit also Quang Ba flower market which is crowded at 11p.m. Overnight in in Hanoi.


Day 3: Ha Noi - Mai Chau (B/-/-)

After breakfast, transfer to Duong Lam ancient village about 50km away from Hanoi. 

Arrive Duong Lam, visit village gate, Mong Phu communal house, some ancient houses and enjoy local products: rice wine, rice cake. Go around the village to visit some cultural and historical vestiges in Duong Lam such as: Giang Van Minh worship-house, Princess Mia Palace and Temple, Mia pagoda. These structure dates back 1000 years ago. Nowhere esle can visitors find the typical living style of Northern Vietnam countryside than this village,

Have a break, then head to Mai Chau. An idyllic valley home to hill tribes will be exposed after travellers go through beautiful moutain dirty tracks. It's totally stunning experiences.

Arriving Mai Chau, check in and free to listen "evening sound" of Northwest Vietnam remote area. Overnight in Mai Chau.


Day 4: Mai Chau – Moc Chau- Mai Chau (B / - / -)

After breakfast, depart for Moc Chau. On the way, visit a H’mong villages is located in a small valley with a peaceful landscape. Take photo with tea plantation, white cauliflower flower or plum blossom and flower of peach in spring. Visit Dai Yem waterfall, one of the most beatiful water fall in surrounding area. Overnight in Mai Chau.


Day 5: Mai Chau - Pu Luong Retreat (B/-/-)

After breakfast, discover the interesting surroundings and ethnic minority tribes with a relaxing walk through the small trails and paddy fields to Thai ethnic villages of  Pom Coong and Lac.

Proceed to Pu Luong Retreat by road via a breath taking mountain pass giving you a panoramic view of the whole valley. You arrive at your accommodation at lunch time, followed by free time to explore the beautiful retreat, with its captivating panoramic views and tranquil setting.

Afternoon, transfer to a suspension bridge over the Cham River, begin your walk in search of stunning water wheels, discover how water is moved from river to handmade bamboo aqueducts via simple constructions of all sizes. Next to a local fisherman’s house, then have a short rest to gear up for the rafting adventure with Dinh and his team. Float along the calm river and enjoy the views, in between learning how to paddle and steer your handcrafted rafts.

Arriving at scenic Tan Lap bridge and disembark to come back to Pu Luong Retreat. Overnight at the Retreat.


Day 6: Pu Luong Retreat - Ninh Binh (B/-/-)

After breakfast, start to descend into the beautiful valley facing the Retreat where you walk around tumbling rice terraces. Trek through small paths shrouded in vegetation to slowly reveal a picturesque village sitting at the base of a towering mountain. Your camera will not be able to sit still.

Continue to the base of the valley, you weave between roads and farmland, villages and wild fields, ponds and rivers, mountains and open land. Savour the ever-changing scenery as you trek to a beautiful spot. Then you will be transferred back Puluong Retreat.

Afternoon, transfer to Ninh Binh, which is three and half hours from Pu Luong. Check in and overnight in Ninh Binh.


Day 7: Ninh Binh - Ha Noi departure (B/-/-)

After breakfast, leave for Bai Dinh pagoda, spend time to visit the Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters height, 100 tons weight.

Continue to visit Trang An Scenic Landscape complex nearby which recently recognized as an UNESCO World natural heritage, get on a rowing boat (small sampan) traveling along the small river with scenic mountain and green fields landscape. Take a boat to visit cave complex of Trang An: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau  Ruou in mystery and wildness, the scenery of mountain and rivers – Halong on land of Ninh Binh.

In the afternoon, spend one hour visiting the Dinh and Le temples of the Ancient Capital Hoa Lu which are dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, the founders of the ancient capital during the 10th century.

Continue drive to Tam Coc and boarding a small sampan to visit Tam Coc which means literally “Three Caves”. With Halong type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious yet inviting caves, as well as countryside sights like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all.

Transfer back Ha Noi for next destination departure.
